We tried out some New things for New Year's.
Jillian tried out her new outfit! I love this skirt on her and look she's also pulling herself up to standing-that's new.
We threw a New Year's Eve party with friends and family! That was so much fun! We gave Jillian her first taste of root beer.
At first she didn't want it...
But then she gave in to the sweet deliciousness that is root beer :) We celebrated the new year at 10pm with all the kids. Then the party ended and the mom's and dad's got to ring in the new year with sleeping kids :)
We had a great party, thanks to all who came! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
On New Year's Eve we decided to update our master bathroom a little by replacing this:
Light-fixture and mirror-ed cabinet with a new one.
Un-oh there's a hole in the wall now, can't we just cover that with the new mirror? NO-thanks to my brother-in-law Jeremy's help we learned we needed to add drywall-more wire and I don't even know what else he did.
The hole was filled in nicely, the light fixture raised and check out the finished product!
Much better! Now we have a great new look AND Paul can see his entire head when he looks in the mirror now :)
Jillian tried out a new hair do this year. Wow is that a lot of volume in the front.
I don't know what she did in her sleep to get this hair style, but when I put her to bed her hair was flat and when she woke up it looked like this.

Oh we finally put up pictures in our new house and it finally feels like WE live here and it's really OUR house. We LOVE it!

I love all the new pictures. Looks like Christmas was wonderful. The new bathroom fixtures look awesome. I'm glad Paul can see himself while he's getting ready. Miss you!

Ha ha! I love the mirror renovation pictures. The finished project looks TOTALLY awesome. Beautiful job! Love Jillian's pigtails! John and I were just talking about Idaho and what it would be like to live there if we could... basically, we'd be hanging out with you guys every weekend. ;)
I must say that we missed you at our annual New Years party...this is two years in a row! You really must come down this next year! I'm glad to see that things are going well up in ID.
