Hiking in the Mountains, Part I

So we've been looking at all of our pictures and have realized that there are just too many good ones to not put a ton out on the blog, so be warned we are going to blog a lot about our vacation. One day we went up to clear lake and hiked around one side of the lake. Pawly carried Erik on his back and yes that is snow behind him.

Half way through the hike we crossed a brigde where just had to get a family photo.

At the bottom of the lake we came to another bridge. This is looking at the lake and beautiful Sandy...

And this is looking down at the river that drains out of the lake.

Erik falls asleep very easily in the pack because it is so comfy.
Grandma went on the hike with us as well and wanted to hold Erik, too. We had no problem with that.
This is Sandy and Erik in front of the place where we ate lunch.
And of course we had to get another family photo.
