Our little guy has become a pro at sitting up by himself! We're so proud and amazed at his abilities. Now he can play with his Elmo toy sitting up, which our boy just loves! Here's some pictures playing around at Grandma and Grandpa's house.
Look at that form! Such great posture! He'd win the gold if sitting up were a baby olympic sport. Oh, he'd also do great at the sit and reach, he can get his elbow past his toes!!!
Oh, there you are Daddy, and with that camera again, eh? I suppose I'll give you a cute face.
Grandma's toys are always better than mine.
HaHa! He got it! We really are having a hard time keeping things outta this boy's reach, it's a fun challenge for us, most times. :)
Well now that Erik can sit up so well, we're trying to get him to crawl. He's been able to stay on his hands and knees for a minute or two, but doesn't move forward. He's perfectly happy rolling around to get where he needs to go. But of course we can't just be happy with him sitting up, we've gotta push him to the next step, parents are never satisfied. Stay tuned for more pictures of our little boy..... hopefully crawling.
